We liked this trail. There is a log to walk across when you first get there that’s fun. You can by-pass it by walking on the sidewalk to the south of the parking lot.
Well kept, clear path around the lake with plenty of ducks and geese. Encountered numerous others walking the trail: adults, children and dogs.
Nice trail overall. Drawbacks include heavy use, infrequent mask use especially by dog walkers and feeling that you have not escaped the suburbs. If you live nearby give it a shot. Part of route did no record. Full loop is apx. 1.6 miles of flat terrain.
Nice and simple trail. Wide path, except walking from the parking lot. Limited shade.
Very cute, beautiful. Kinda heavy traffic. And short. But saw beautiful owls, bats and people can fish.
Overcast with just a little bit of rain in the very beginning. Otherwise, excellent conditions with a nice, leisurely hike around the lake. Great mountain views on the south and east side of the lake. Decent amount of wildlife both in and around the lake.
Walk was very calming great for walking running dog walking fishing. Peaceful.
