Gorgeous loop with views of canals, the plains, mountains, etc. Great spot for a trail run, photo walk, hike, and a quick jaunt through local history.

Very free flowing trail and lots of fun. One of the trails that would make me wanna do it again! :)

This is my go-to trail run. it's just over 3.5 but you can add on more mileage at various locations where the trail meets up with other trails. Great views and awesome terrain.

this is an awesome, easy trail just a few minutes from Boulder. it's flat/stable enough that i brought my mom here when she visited, and she walked it without trouble. if you're on foot, you will have a couple of close shaves with bike riders - why nobody uses their bells, I have no idea - but it's a pretty view and a really nice walk.

Great easy going trail close to home. I have been here many times and it is very nice in all seasons, especially in spring when the fields are full of colorful wildflowers. My dog loves being off leash here, but be aware that cyclist may sneak up on you. I have also encountered some (surprisingly friendly) coyotes and grazing cattle in this area so make sure your dogs are within sight. Also some really interesting gold mining history if you read the signs and pick up a pamphlet at the trailhead :)
