This trail was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be doing this again. Good for all ages fairly simple but kind of long. Lots of shade and nice cutoffs to the river.

Just keep driving, youll run into it if thats what you want to see. Good for all ages, i had my 5 y.o. Out there walking no problem. Plenty of sites for photo opportunities and to picnic at.

This trail is easy and walks you through the forest by a small creek. If you continue on this trail you will get into some serious inclines, so be wary of trail signs.

I took my 7 year old and he loved it! The water is so pretty and cool. The parking here isn't as bad as some of the other parts of Cheyenne. Picnic areas along the way as well.

Pretty, easy hike with kids. Pretty busy. People were mostly unmasked but respectful of distance.

Nice trail and pretty busy. Giving three stars because the trail lines with the road so constant noise. But good for easy hike with pets and kids.

Very enjoyable low incline hike through the main vein of Cheyenne Canyon lots of places to step off and explore. Novel perspective viewing all the rock structures that you see driving through and views of goldcamp.

Pull out for trail head fits about 8 cars but along the road up to the top of north Cheyenne cañon there are plenty of pull outs. Beginning was pretty inclined but very well marked and a great workout. Views were incredible along the way! Highly recommend as a nice low key hike for an hour or two.

Hiking was icy on the main path, with inches of snow to the sides. Watch your footing, but generally an easy hike with some nice views.

I did this trail last week and it was pretty disappointing. There are no views and the trail stays close to the road the whole time it is not much for experiencing nature. It is very easy though but if you’re looking for easy there’s many other great trails and red rocks open space or garden of the gods.

I love this trail! Extremely beautiful scenery and so satisfying the higher you go. Very humbling to be on a mountain so big. We even saw some deer. Rocks/pebbles were the only issue as it did make walking harder and I even feel once but if you have good hiking shoes/hiking sticks you probably won’t experience this.
