Easy walk from close to downtown with a great waterfall (seasonal) From the trailhead simply follow the trail along the stream as it leads you up to the falls. If the stream isn't flowing at the trailhead it's not likely there will be any falls to see at the end. There are several signs along the way to tell you a little about the area and the falls. Bring a rain jacket if you want to get very close to the falls.

Not really a hike just a nice short walk to the falls. Super family friendly, with a trail to the left side that leads you up to the middle of the waterfall which was very cool. That trail is not for families though-- a bit steep. Very touristy and please watch your kids! When I visited there was a mom not paying attention and her kids climbed up the side of the waterfall (NOT a trail) and if they had slipped it could have been very bad.

It wasn't so much a hike as it was a viewing of the falls. Which was spectacular

Nice waterfall but not really a hike.

Short hike. If you take the path to the left just before the base of the falls, you can get to the rock ledge behind the falls. My 6 year old was a lot more excited to be behind the falls.
