The creek is the most natural peice of the park however the trail hardly goes near it. Seems like a great place to go running or cycling, not the greatest hiking trail as there is no shade, and not a super interesting landscape. The lookout has great views of the city so going for a night hike would be great. if going in the day make sure to being sunscreen and hats.

Trail nice and clear. Nice amount of other friendly joggers, bikers, dog walkers, and horseback riders. Love that they have trash cans along the trail for puppy waste .

We ran this trail. Some shade and some good hills. Great for a workout.

More of a path than a trail. Nice walk though and good view of the foothills. Saw many other bikers, joggers, and dog walkers on the path.

I made this a longer loop than showed (went about 5 miles) , and it was a good little trail run. Much better views than pounding sidewalk in town! A few nice hills will get your heart rate going.

It would be a good hike but their signs point in the wrong directions.... so we got "lost" and took an extra long hike

this is a very easy trail. This is not a hiking trail. This trail is more of a running or walk in the park type of place.

The trail was nice for a stroll after lunch. However, nothing was marked, the scenery was redundant, and it lacked scenery compared to other nearby trails.

Depending on the direction you go will determine the difficulty. Counter clockwise is lots of slow constant climbing. Clockwise are some of the best training hills for runners. Choose you poison ;-)
