A fun way to get up on the Mesa and see a different side as well. Good hiking trails on the way up too.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever been. There's a Visitor's Center, now closed, at the top of Land's End Road, and a short trail called "The Views" from there to an OHV staging area that is just tremendous. Also the little ground squirrels are adorable and will eat right out of your hand! Do yourself a favor and visit in the summer when the heat in the valley's got you going crazy. You'll be glad you did.

Easy drive unless you meet a motor home coming the other way! Be sure to stop and visit the old BLM line camp before heading down. The water bubbling up from the spring in the original ice house in bone chilling cold even mid summer.
