Really enjoyed this trail. I’m always looking for new places to run that offer great scenery. This if a wide crushed rock trail with a number of transitions in grade. The trail as shown in the map from the trail head to S 112th St is just over 1.5 miles one way. It was great to get in a 5k, out and back. Enjoy.

I am a collegiate runner and I live near one of the access points to this trail in Broomfield. It is a great trail and one of my primary trails. Not too hard of a run, and has a ton of off shoots that will connect you to miles of other trails. It is wonderfully well kept and has gorgeous views of the mountains!
