Difficult on the final incline back to the canyon point parking lot, but we did this trail with a 4 year old and a 14 year old and we had a nice time. The bottom of the canyon is just some boulders in water, next time will find the trail that has picnic tables at the bottom instead.

Very scenic trail. Recommend taking the canyon view trail and looping through gulch trail. The meadows are wonderful!

Beautiful hike with outstanding views of Pikes Peak and lots of different aircraft taking off from the Air Force Academy. Super easy to connect with the Inner Canyon Trail to make a loop!
