Did this hike quick the first evening we got in to the campground. No one else was on the trail and it was nice leg stretch after being in the car all day. Not a must-do hike, but certainly a pleasant one if you have time. Mostly views of the surrounding area and little lizards scuttering around the trail.

Super beautiful and easy hike, gather some friends and watch the sunset! You can even see the Montezuma Overlook from the "Knife's Edge".

Amazing views the whole way, it is flat, but you are fairly close to the edge most of the time (if that is of concern to anyone). Great place for sunset and views are incredible! Overall, easy and very rewarding!

Not difficult at all. Once an old road that was deemed too dangerous for driving, knife edge is now a great way to skirt a big, beautiful cliff face and get some nice views of Sleeping Ute mountain and Cortez. Easy climb, won't take more than 40 minutes to get to the end at a decent pace. There were children and a trail runner on this hike when we were there. I wish it made a loop, but still nice.
