Kenosha Pass to Lost Creek Wilderness is a 29.3 mile moderately trafficked point-to-point trail located near Jefferson, Colorado that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round.
(3.4.17) Only hiked about 6 miles (3 out and back). The trail was snowy and slushy, but not too icy. I was able to hike it in boots alone, but you may want ice cleats. Those first three miles offer some good open views of the valley below.
Nice scenery, very forestry with creeks and meadows.
Went up twice in 2 weeks. If you're learning to snowshoe this is a great beginner trail. Not too many uphill/downhill's so that you can practice just walking in snowshoes. The trail is a bit difficult to see, you kind of have to judge where it is based on tracks from people before you. With all the Aspens around, I plan to go back during fall to see the colors
I didn't do the entire thing, but it was a really nice trail. quite pretty and easy to hike!
Beautiful aspen lined trail. Fairly flat.
