Park at the Elementary School and walk up to Horton Street Trailhead. Take School House Rock trail into the West Eagle trails. Follow Hockett to Tick Alley. At the top of the Ridge take Worlds Greatest to either Elmers or back down to Tick and out the way you came. Good vertical feet, very well maintained trail.

It isn't as good for hiking, but it seems like it would be great for mountain biking, which is what most people do on this trail.
