I'm not sure how this is moderate--I'd rate it as easy for hiking and mountain biking. Fun trail, though.

the lake at the end is private so you cant even enjoy a nice stop before heading back. there is a stream along the way however but still i was hoping to sit by the lake before walking back. not suitable for me. bicycles seem to enjoy it.
