Dry, not too crowded. No snakes, but a few polar bears.

Fine trail, if it weren't for most people not caring about social distancing or wearing a mask. I went on a weekday morning, at 7:30. Outside of coronavirus, 4 stars.

This was much rockier than I remember. Definitely wear sturdy shoes, and I would maybe avoid if you have foot issues.

Beautiful views of Denver, Red Rocks, and the front range! No shade so early morning or late afternoon would be ideal. Just watch out for thunderstorms.

Always enjoy Green Mountain, but... Only about 5% of users were wearing masks today when passing others, on a Saturday on a very narrow trail. It’s infuriating how few people are following guidelines designed to stop the spread.

Arrived on 5/20/20 (Wednesday) at about 2pm. Parking lot was about 60% full. Sunny (82F), clear skies and 30-40mph sustained winds the higher you go with gusts even higher than that. Slightly rocky at parts. Great views of the mountains, Denver and other smaller cities. There were 10+ hikers out there but didn’t feel crowded at all. It’s a Dog and kid friendly trail if you have both of them on leash. The trail can get narrow and if you fall, it’s a long way down. I really enjoyed this hike. Finished the hike under the estimated time.

If you don’t have a lot of time but want to get a quick hike in - recommended this one, a quick 1.8 miles hike.

Good hike in town, not the most amazing, but worth trying if you are a local and want a change of pace. Personally I prefer some of the other hikes on Green Mountain. Gets the heart going with it's climb. Can be busy, but on a weekday morning it wasn't too bad. Most people being Covid respectful. And cyclists were good to sound out when they were approaching.

A great trail to get in a quick hike or run! Gives some great views of downtown Denver and the front range. Relatively busy.
