Grand Mesa Snow Shoe Trip is a 1.4 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Mesa, Colorado that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for nature trips and snowshoeing and is best used from October until March. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Great trail! Lots of other groomed snow shoe/cross country skiing trails at this location. We did the Lions loop, but your hike really could’ve been much longer than that. The trails are groomed, so it was easy to know where to go, but still a very beautiful location and you do need snowshoes or cross country skis.
