Easy walk with kids in tow and nowhere to go. Turned into a random scoot with pulsatilla, a falling down building, large irrigation pipes, climbing on boulders and eventual picnic at the end. Very pretty

It is 8.00 to get into the park but a host is at the entrance so no meed to exact change. It starts of very pretty but then you walk on what seems to be this service road for the majority of it. Ended up splittinf off onto another trail which was much better on the views. Parking could be a little rough if you dont get there early enough.

Nice trail. Good trail to start the hiking season.

Easy trail that is good for all skill levels. It eventually just basically becomes a dirt road but before that it’s a nice trail.

It was such a great hike. The views are beautiful! The only suggestion I would have is not go to the end of trail if coming down from the top. There is an overlook at just about 3/4 miles before the end that you should just turn around because the rest of the way just feels like you are on a driven dirt road.

Beautiful views, includes the rock climbers - a little melting ice and mud but otherwise dry

Easy hike with really beautiful views! Took our pups and they had a grand ole time. Some parts we’re a bit icy so recommend micro spikes but not necessary. We left ours at home and did fine without them.

Gorgeous views but do-able for my 6yo! Also we found an unopened red ale in the snow. So. Can’t really beat that.

Went on a Saturday around lunchtime and the park was PACKED. With so many people and dogs and with the trail being on the easier side, this hike turned more into a social event. Met a bunch of new people; stopped to let my dog play with other dogs. It was a fun afternoon for me, but it might be a little too social for others just wanting to take in the views. Speaking of the views.... just stunning. Probably one of the coolest sights to see are the stops along the trail where you can gaze across the canyon and watch the rock climbers.

It was a beautiful 60-degree day on a Saturday, so it was pretty busy - both to find parking and on the trail. The views are GORGEOUS, and the hike is pretty easy (good for hiking novices with a low-energy dog). There were fewer people on the second part of the trail, once Boulder Co land turns into Boulder City land, but the trail also narrows significantly there (single file versus room for 3 wide along the canyon). We went 2.5 mi of the 4 mi loop and it took us about an hour and 45 mins. Just be warned - there is an $8 park entry fee for cars and $3 park entry for walk-ins in Eldorado Canyon State Park.

Awesome hike to bring visitors on. Beautiful views and fairly easy terrain for beginners.

Very easy trail to take the kiddo on with beautiful views, awesome photo ops. Bonus on a hot summer day was to let the kiddo play near the creek at the end of our day.

This trail is very easy, mostly for sight seeing, very beautiful. Part of the trail is even where chair accessible, wide. The only downfall is that it's packed with people.

Small trek, worth running down to watch the climbers all around mainly. Good for kids as well paved and not steep at all.

This trail has nice views at first, but it gets super boring after the first half mile.

Amazing views, easy hike

The trail offers great views, but it is wheelchair accessible only for the first half a mile where the path is flat and even. Than, it becomes very rocky with plenty of stones (5-10 inches high), so there is no way you can do it on a wheelchair. There is 1 designated parking spot for handicapped next to the enterance to the trail.

Nice, easy hike if you just stay on Fowler. Educational marks for kids along the way. No guard rails so you have to keep an eye on your kids. You can increase the difficulty if you decide to connect to Rattlesnake trail and others along the way.

This is a great trail to hike, easy, mostly shaded. You get some cool views of the rock climbers across the way, and at the end of the trail there are some nice views of the canyon. It's quite an easy walk, and I've taken many out-of-towners there. Get there early if you want a spot ($8 to park in the lot).

Very easy trail, but great payoffs with some awesome scenery and views. Definitely kid friendly, and it said wheelchair friendly as well, but I think only until a certain point. Worth checking it out if you are looking for a leisurely stroll.
