Cute trail. In a neighborhood. Connects to a lot of others. Would come back
6-7pm hike. Great time if you’re seeking shade, as the sun sets behind the hill. Bikers and families you’ll see sporadically but generally pretty quiet at that time. A bit anti-climactic, but overall a good little walk for our 10 year old pup!
Perfect incline, wide trail for most of it, a few bikers and runners but plenty of room. Great little morning walk/jog with the dog before the heat brings out the snakes!
Nice for early morning joints before all the heat and snakes. Great for dogs on leash.
Nice trail for a quick ride near the city. It has a good view over Denver. Some medium sized rocks but everything is manageable; you can make this trail as easy or hard as you want to. No shade so plan for sun.
Arrived on 5/20/2020 (Wednesday) around 10:20am. Clear skies, sunny and a constant breeze. Slightly rocky in one small section of the trail and zero shade to be found. Easy trail to complete and it is kid/dog friendly. There were 8-10 people on the trail but never in groups. Finished under the estimated time.
