Trail gets lost a few times, but most definitely at 2nd gate (that has the Menu). I couldn’t find route past this gate. Most scenic first 2-3 miles.

Made it to the gate and that was at about 3.7 miles in and decided to finally turn around since we were planning for 6 miles total (which turned into 7.4 miles). I would say it’s mostly all up hill, some level off spots (going in). Have to say was disappointed there wasn’t a “finale” for all the uphill climbing there was. Good for a workout, and maybe next time I’ll try the turn that was pointed out with rocks to see if that direction has a finale, but nothing here or any pictures talked about taking a tight turn to get to the end....... maybe next time we’ll find it!

Great trail with easy access. Well maintained. Beginning is steep, but becomes more rolling after the first mile. Left trailhead around 930 and didn't see anyone until the descent - went past the gate to the road and turned around. Roughly 8 miles roundtrip (battery died) - 3 hours. Shaded in middle part of the hike through the junipers. Dog friendly.

Trail is steep, rocky and narrow. Beautiful views and plenty of shadded areas to take breaks.

A beautiful trail through the piñon-juniper, high above the Colorado River. Several sustained and steep sections make for a big and burley start. Breathe deep!

im so surprise this trail is not more busy, it is a little steep but really nothing we can't handle, the vistas are amazing, beautiful flowers, it is just a little dry, so bring plenty of water! I just love this trail, it is sacred land and the energy is amazing!

This trail had beautiful views! The trail was snow covered after about .75 mile up. Our dog loved running around!

Incline was too much to be considered as moderate. End of the trail did not end, nor was there a crater to look at. Had to turn around because the trailer was too hard and took too long to finish.

This one is close to home for me and I’ve been going a lot. It has pretty views all the way up. If you get high enough, you can see the gore range.. far far away.

You'll get a great work out with this trail. Has quite the incline starting out.
