Great trail but easier than local trail maps describe it. Still a nice little workout trail and relaxing view of both the pinnacles and Blue Mesa Reservoir at the top. Take a yoga mat or a chair for lounging at the big open lookout point.

Nice trail--was there on a wet day, recommend not going when it's been wet, as the soil gets pretty muddy and traffic contributes to trail degradation. But overall, the trail is well maintained and gives a great view of the Dillon Pinnacles. Dogs are allowed, on leash, so that's a plus!

Great views of the Pinnacles but you see it all from the road. No adventure around the next corner.

The trail is fairly level to begin with nice views of the reservoir, then a steady climb to the pinnacles. Very nice.

This trail ascends through sagebrush and conifers to offer views of the Dillon Pinnacles and the Blue Mesa. It is well-maintained and well-traveled. There are interpretive signs and resting benches along the way. You can take leashed dogs and horses on this trail.
