Heavily trafficked, not much wildlife, or scenery other than the rock formations.

Highly trafficked out & back or a loop. This is one of my favorite trails so far. Very easy and perfect for my small dog that gets easily tired. Great for beginners.

Easy hike with unique/pretty views. Lots of cattails. Drop down to the parking lot at the turning point of the trail to include seeing the the reservoir as well

Great trail. Beautiful views. Kid friendly, but I would not recommend taking a stroller. We saw lots of deer.

Loved this easy hike on a Sunday morning! Wide, well-maintained trails, beautiful surroundings! Other hikers (not too many since we went early) were all very nice and courteous. Recommend for beginners.

I've gone here a few times and have seen a lot of wildlife including coyotes and a rattlesnake! The rocks are gorgeous and the trail is dirt. It's wide in some places and narrow in others. There's a parking lot and it's easy to find.

This trail is really fun. The only issue I had was how many bikes were on the trail. Almost got ran over about 5 different times. But still good fun.

Really peaceful, easy and quiet loop. Great view of the formations down below -- I recommend combining with the coyote loop trail for a longer hike.

Great loop for a trail run. You can make it a little longer by taking trails outside of the loop. All in all one of my local favs for a quick trail run with my dog.

Took this trail in the early evening after hiking other trails in the park. This climbs hill a little, but is mostly an even loop through the grass. Nice views of red fin formations across road. No elk, but saw a few deer as the sun set.
