Great, lightly used trail to Bridal Veil Falls. Good mix of meadow, forest, near water with a climb to the falls at the end. Beautiful view.

Beginning was a little sunny, but nice and shady and cool near the creek. Kids loved criscrossing the creek!

A great trail for a family day hike. Only moderate elevation gains, an easy trail to follow. It is about 6 miles out and back from the trail head. We took our 7 year old with us and she did well, but it was a touch long for her at the end of the day. One note, the trail head parking fills up very fast. You want to be here relatively early, or you won't have anyplace to park.

Amazing hidden trail and off the beaten path, BUT limited parking, so get there early! Great year round hike and be sure to try the trail towards the lumpy ridge loop in addition to bridal veil falls. Amazing!
