Hiked this with a group, only went to end of High Plains Trail. Mostly dry, some muddy/icy patches and one place where a snow bank is covering the trail. I found the hike a bit boring (the people were cool though!). The trails runs along the highway, which I did not like.

nice view of rolling hills in South, lots of prairie dogs, no shade. VERY easy hike and is good for new in town guests from low altitudes.

Beautiful meadows and lots of song birds, but no shade coverage. This seems like a great trail for biking but not so much for hiking/walking.

Pretty easy trail. I think we were the only people walking/hiking on the trail, quite a few bikers because the trail connects to other trails that make a big loop. I listed it as walking because there is really only one hill that you have to hike up. Good way to start the season, don't know if I'd do it again because it is kind of boring. Decent views of Flat Irons/Front Range.

Easy to moderate for several activities, however the mileage is incorrect on this app. My GPS recorded 13.62 . Love this loop for running

This is a great trail to have some early season rides on, there is a nice variance of single track, fire roads, and technical rocks. If you do the entire loop there are three good hills that give a nice workout. Overall Marshal Mesa is a great place for mountain biking on those days that you are not feeling like doing something highly technical but, you still want to get out there.

Nice for a easy hike with the kids. Pretty view of the Flatirons. I have seen coyote on this trail too. Takes about an hour to do a loop.
