The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

I could not find the entry way, so I just hiked down a steep hill. It is so serene down by the creek. Beautiful views, and private areas to have a picnic or hammock out.

11.9 miles, out and back. Got warm but nice walk. Gets quite warm if you go later. Also saw a snake!

Just hiked around Grant Terry Park. Easy trails. Did the upper level above creek. Of course a dead end. Wish they would fix the rest of the upper trail.

Really neat trail that goes through Golden, along the creek. While visiting downtown Golden be sure to check out the old historic buildings (school, house, farm, etc). I've seen a handful of people gold panning, tubing and kayaking in the river. Great for families with strollers.
