Took our dog on his first hike here and he loved it. This is a beautiful trail for the whole family. We can't wait to do it again soon.

Hiked this trail on 4th of July. Lots of people out that day. Most of the hike was moderate with switchbacks and some stairs and rocky areas to climb. Mostly sunny but a few spots under a tree for shade. Pretty wildflowers along the way and some great views of Golden.

Beautiful wildflowers in the spring! Steep hiking on the back of the loop, but a great view at the top. Most of the climb was moderate switchbacks. Great for dogs
