Great trail for the whole family. Gorgeous views! It was very hot and sunny on the day we hiked. I think this would be a great spring or fall trail as the shade is minimal.

Great family day trip with lots of shade. Beware of leeches in the water though!

Good trail for beginners, lots of rocks, boulders, trees natural like feel. We started in Juniper (be the entrance) where you start on a concrete path and transition to the natural path. It was a beautiful hike with the river along the hike, many nice pictures to take with the family or just enjoy the hike. It was very busy this Memorial Day. Bringing water and a snack is good. We enjoyed the hike and would do it again in the near future. You’ll enjoy it.

We did not see this trail specifically identified on the park maps but we found our way to a great view of the canyon and the falls along the canyon trail.

$7 for a day pass but there are miles and miles of trails ! We did a 6.5 mile loop (many trails connect and loop to each other). Pretty creek in the canyon . Trails along the creek at the canyon bottom and rim trail along the edge of the canyon . Old dam you can hike to as well! Many nice lookouts . Enjoyable hike . Playground for kids near parking area. Some restroom. Dog friendly and rock climbing areas too.

Easy trails, some rocky up and down spots. Falls are very small, but this was a great place to visit. Lots of walking near the half frozen over stream. And if you’ve never seen the broken damn make sure you do. Look up the history on the damn as well. If failed in the 1930’s. They Canyon is just awesome to look at!! Thank you to my Bubs who took me here for the first time.

There are multiple trails in the park and many of them are kind of bundled together so this review is for the whole bundle. Easy trails and surprisingly nice views that are not located in the mountains so can still be fun when the weather gets cold. The dam is very nice and the falls are pretty, and the canyon at some areas is very impressive
