Love this hike, but it was disappointing to see so much dog poop all over the trail.

Very fun.

Great hike! If you don't want to climb stairs go for the perimeter trail. To get to the top of the rock you have to climb a narrow trail on the back side of the rock it is kind of hard to see if you don't look closely.

The view is worth it!

Great short hike. Lots of rocks that are fun for climbing. If you want to do more of the climbing take the trail to right when it forks in the beginning. The perimeter trail is very easy trail but the other trail has more stairs and rocks. Would've been a 5 star trail except there is so much road noise. It was non stop on every side of the mountain. No view was without houses, highways or roads. Not a hike if you want to escape.

This is a mainstay. i live about a mile from the trailhead and can easily run over and climb it a couple times for a good workout or take my boys for a good little hike when nothing else is on the agenda.
