Beautiful hike. Pay attention to the signs and follow the creek along the right side as you get to the lake. Saw wildlife and plenty of wild flowers. Great hike!!

Excellent trail. Beautiful views at the lake. Lots of wildlife to view along the trail, saw two bull moose and a porcupine!

The trail is in great shape right now, but the mosquitos are horrible currently. Be prepared by packing bug repellant and wearing clothing to cover your skin- still scratching two days later!! We stayed overnight - lots of nice spaces to camp- while the lake is ok, the views are incredible!
