This was our first hike out here so we took Boreas Pass Road up then the trail back down to the parking area. We had friends with us who were not accustomed to the altitude and the road up was perfect. Great views of Breckenridge, Quandry Peak, and the Ten Mile Range. We are used to snowshoeing up in the winter and hiking in September when the road is open was a bit annoying with all the traffic. But the trail down was wonderful. Nice hike overall.
