Trail was pretty badly eroded in many areas there is a diff between technical and erosion. Not maintained very well and not marked at all. Can't get to fix every trail but this was not worth the attempt. West magnolia is much better

What a nightmare. Drunken gun owners (the trail crosses a local shooting area, evidently the local rednecks take a dim view of MTB's), aggressive local dogs (Blue Dot closely skirts the Big Springs subdivision on the south side of Nederland), and many dead-end trail branches and places where the trail almost disappears. It's almost all singletrack, but the closely spaced doghair lodgepole forest, lack of scenery (unless you like pine trees) and poorly chosen route make for rather unpleasant riding.
