Trail was in excellent condition. Lots of other trails off of this one to take. Wildflowers were beautiful.

We did this hike this morning, on a Saturday. There is a decent sized parking lot and a port a potty at the trailhead. Hike is nice and pretty. Not too much elevation gain, so it’s not too difficult. We started at 7am, and on our way back started seeing more mountain bikers and hikers. The parking lot was almost full when we left at 9.

Overall great trail, the rocks at the beginning is the only drawback. The trail was in good condition throughout with some good elevation gain and a rewarding decent.

The trail was in great shape. We encountered a few mountain bikers, but not too many. Nice views with rolling hills and snow covered mountain tops in the background. The signage was good. The hike is not very difficult.

Easy walk/hike. More bikers than hikers because it’s pretty flat. Decent views, not jaw dropping relative to some of the other hikes in the area. Still enjoyable overall with some nice forest terrain and views of rolling hills. We went here 6/26 because it was very close by and we followed this ~4 mile route.

Nice an easy day hike, took us about two hours. A couple bikers and other hikers on the trail as well. Good for dogs! Lots of shallow streams if they get too hot.

The best part of this hike was the name of the trail and the historic dredge in the pond at the entrance. Too many mountain bikes. Not bad for running though. Views were nothing special. Expected a lot more wild flowers too.

Trial is mostly dry and in great shape! Nice mellow hike with the dog, mostly a biking trail but great early season walk/hike and the water is pretty high at the beginning so dog was able to swim.
