Nice for walking, skating or leisurely cycling. Although the interstate is very close, this park still has a lovely view of the mountains and Lakeside Amusement park.

Nice short, easy little loop around the lake. There are little side paths that go closer to the water, too. We walked our dogs there on a Sunday afternoon and there were at least a couple dozen or so people, but not enough to be super crowded. There were a couple of people fishing, too. There was at least one big trash bin available for throwing out doggie bags, which was appreciated.
