Nice trail. Sometimes hard to follow. Beautiful aspens and conifers. Some wild flowers, some spots pretty steep. Lots of cow poo...

Got lost on this trail right at the end. The trail has a few forks and it started sleeting and our phones died! We found our way to the resort, though, so we weren't too lost.

Beautiful wildflowers! Biting Flies were a nuisance the entire time. I recommend insect repellant to make it more enjoyable.

Well groomed trails, free parking, free snowshoeing & beautiful scenery. Parked at Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort they even have a free shuttle up to Guest Services & their lodge. Got a map at guest services & snowshoes both the Red & Green Loops. Beautiful views, cute rescue cabins along both routes. Enjoyed a good soak at Iron Mountain Hot Springs that evening!

Snowshoed this trail two days in a row. Lots of elevation change, but easy trails. Beautiful scenery and a very nice ski area near by.

Had a bit of trouble at first finding this trail. Located at the entrance of the Sunlight Mountain Resort parking lot. There's an upper and lower loop. Lower is all groomed. We did lower loop and then branched off on Sunshine Trail and wrapped around. Very fun snowshoeing trip and gorgeous views.

Excellent choice for our first snowshoeing experience. A magical place with the snow falling. With all the aspens I imagine it is gorgeous in the fall.
