The park has a series of trails that branch off a main trail. The views overlook Burbank and LA and are gorgeous. The trails are moderate to difficult, at least they are for me because they are steep in some areas.

Pretty nice and exciting trail . It gets hard and mostly moderate . Not so long way. Quite pretty and green. Didn’t see no river or lake or waterfall . Traffic was light on Sunday

good workout hike.

Beautiful views of the valley and DTLA. We hiked this in late April and there were lots of pretty wildflowers. It’s pretty steep at the beginning and throughout the trail. Great cardio workout!

Hiked this on a cool, sunny March day. It's a great workout. Views are beautiful, trail is clean and well marked. Little to no shade. When you're down in the canyon, it is blissfully quiet.

It was hard but very cool!!!!

It can be an easy walk, bike ride or take the long hard trails. I loved everything about this place and will be going back soon.

Beautiful hike!! Fairly challenging up hill start with lots of stunning views. I took the back side of the mountain on the way down. Easier grade on the knees with tons more amazing views

No shade, best early morning.

This was another good trail for a great workout. If you want a great workout don't stop midway or take any loops back to your car, continue to go up and reach the pole at the top. Now that is a great workout. Remember, take water, you'll need it. It's challenging and great cardio workout while in nature. It's no stroll around the park, you'll definitely feel it.

Very steep in the beginning. Great views

Went midday during beginning of June. Overlook Burbank. It was smoggy. Maybe in the morning Or golden hour I would have liked it more. After doing Devils Chair, Paradise Falls, Vasquez Rocks, Hollywood Sign...simply didn't have that overwhelming feeling of accomplishments as other trails. Maybe water fall, back of hollywood sign, or a nice cool cave I'd feel more connected. At any rate it's ok

Great workout with beautiful views at the top! The majority of the trail is full sun exposure so bring plenty of water and sunscreen. Lots of parking in the lot. Wear good shoes as there are a lot of places with loose gravel. I didn't have an issue with this, but the guy ahead of me took a tumble and slid down a ways.

I try to do this hike 2-3 times a week for training. The view at the top is spectacular.

Loved this hike. It is very close to Hollywood/LA. Started the hike from the parking lot at the bottom entrance to Wildwood Canyon - right across from the golf course. Took the dirt trail about 100 yards past the entrance and from there it pretty much goes straight uphill all the way to the towers at the top. The views are sensational. The trails are hard pack and sometimes loose dirt, so beware of sliding. I used hiking poles coming down, but I saw very few people doing so. Take lots of water. And suntan lotion. You are exposed to the sun the whole way. No place to hide. At the top there is a bench by the first tower. I recommend walking behind the tower and going over to the next tower or two. The view just keeps getting better, and there are more benches.

Really cool trail! Uphill for the most part so you get a really great leg workout! It took me 45 mins to get to the top and then 25 mins to get back down to where I parked. Beautiful view of the city on top- I'll definitely be back one day to watch the sunset

I love this trail. It was very challenging. I will definitely repeat it. The category is difficult not moderate.

Love it great workout!

The first .9 miles is very steep and would be difficult on a hot day. Thankfully, it was only in the 60s when I went. The trail is listed as an "out and back," but I turned it into a loop by taking the paved road at the 1.3 mile mark back to the parking lot.

Hard to do, is mostly for people that enjoy extreme hiking., i would rate this as hard and not for kids. If you do it bring plenty of water and be prepare to used some kind of stick

Steep, thigh burning hike! I've done it several times from the main entrance to the end of the trail and back down the road to the parking lot - this totals about 2.4 miles. I've always wanted to try the vital like trail that connects to Wildwood at the top of the mountain, but I'm usually so exhausted from the uphill hike I can't muster up the energy.

It's little intense but you will feel great after all :)))

Amazing hike !!! It's worth it :)

love this hike. done it multiple times. the full trail from the bottom to the radio towers is more like 5 mi. but there are a few turn off spots, or you can start from one of the main 3 entrances. it is very steep throughout the hike, not many areas where it levels out. good workout. I've been 3 times and its never really busy which is nice. bring water - no fountains on the way.

All incline...go early because the sun is killer...the first time I went it took me 1hr and 30 min to reach the top...take plenty of water

It's uphill all the way going in. Loved it.

Great alternative to the crowds at Runyon. There's parking on Harvard just outside the main gate, as well as a few spaces on Wildwood Cyn Drive. There are also multiple trail heads along Wildwood Cyn Drive, so be sure to coordinate with your crew accordingly. Trail itself is pretty steep. Going up is gonna build your leg & cardio strength; going down is going to test your knees - but *totally* worth it! At the top is the "Wisdom Tree" with great views of Burbank, "The Valley", Los Angeles, and on clear days: Catalina!

Nice trail, good workout with plenty of uphill/elevation change, trail well marked but is very open with no shade areas
