Trail entrance is at the far end of the parking lot and is marked. The address shown here is just the entrance to the beach area. Starts with a few stairs and then continues with walking. Mostly a sandy trail. The main path is easy or u can stray off for a more moderate hike. Amazing views!!! Cliffs over looking ocean.

Gorgeous beach! But they do not let you dogs on the beach. We went here because this description said dogs on leash ok. Not ok. So one stayed back with the dog while the others frolicked in the beach.

Good view. Depending on how you hike it can be a moderate hike or an easy one.

THE GOOD 3 stars for the beautiful view of the ocean. 1 star for a well maintained trail 1 star for walking of the beach THE BAD None. OVERALL I have done this hike several times and its just always beautiful. Get there early as this hike is long and has a moderate difficulty. Oh yeah, bring lots of sunscreen and a hat if you don't want to get sunburn. The trail starts at the end of the parking lot, so make sure you park as close to it as possible. Take the stair up and to walk on top of the cliff and make sure you enjoy the view. As some point, you'll have to take the stair down to a small beach crowded by surfers only. I guess it's a famous surf spot. Walk along the beach heading south toward Paradise cove. Feel free to make Paradise cove your pit stop for lunch and enjoy a few drinks, but don't forget you still have to head back. Take in consideration there are oceans tides and coming back to late during the day won't be possible, if the tide has gone fully up. (alternative route is the PCH) You can take your dog for this hike but you can not bring it to Paradise cove, they won't allow it. Overall it's a great hike to do anytime throughout the year.
