Great hike! Lots of incline at the beginning. There is a creepy gray/white SUV that lurks deep in the trail. Another hiker also warned me about this car and that it moves to different spots on the trail. So just be careful.

Really enjoyed!! Just wish it was longer. The first half mile is brutal but worth it and gets those legs to work. You can burn a lot with this short trail. I came around 5pm- wasn’t crowded at all. Once it hit 7 a lot of people started showing up.

ALL UPHILLL. take water with you especially on a hot day. go early morning or late afternoon to get a good workout. i got very sweaty and there are multiple trail up the mountain so good for social distancing. everyone is going their own pace and so encouraging. i wouldn’t recommend for kids considering all up hull but they do have a flat part of the trail.

Great for a workout. The first .5 mile is all incline. There are at least 4 or 5 steep sections to get past but once you are up it’s a nice walk. On a clear day the views are amazing. Several different trails to follow. Plenty of parking. Not too crowded. But I did this on a weekday morning. Also no shade. So do what you do with that!

Plenty of Parking on the bottom of the hill. There’s also a large park to have a picnic, basketball courts, tennis courts, a skate park and a baseball field. Parking at the roundabout is the beginning of the trail. The trail is incline.

This trail is great when entering from Blair park! You really get a work out when going up the hill that can make you gasp for air! I hike this trail twice a week since I live a mile away and for some reason the elevation is still tuff. Great feeling of serenity at the top we’re you can meditate with little interruptions. Sunday evening seem to always be filled with a lot of traffic. Recommend 100%

Came up from the Blair park side .. the steep side. Go early to avoid heat dangers especially if your wearing a mask .. always a food workout. This can easily be a short hike or long hike depending on what trails you do. I go around the towers and to the “mansion” before heading back down. Going down can be rough on the knees so be careful

I know this trail by coming up from the steep side of Blair park .. very steep and unforgiving on the knees.. no shade except by the satellite towers. Bring water and avoid coming in the heat of the day. Not too crowded. When I reach the mansion (after looping the towers) I head back down. Not very pretty (people dump large Items up here) but offers a good quick workout if that’s what your looking for.

I would recommend parking at little mountain park and walk up the hill which then connects to the tail. Nice views, very busy area. Good place for a quick run.

Closed by city ordinance, no trespassing. Unless you enjoy a 2.3-mile sidewalk tour of some bougie mansions with barely any views to be had, avoid this "trail."
