Beautiful trail that runs along the river. Spotted a few small waterfalls. Some of the trail is covered in large rocks which can make it alittle treacherous. Loved that there are picnic tables, a bathroom, and free parking. It wasn't too difficult to get to without my GPS. Would definitely hike that trail again!

Beautiful Campground. North Fork Stanislaus can be high, cold, and dangerous even late in the year: there is power generation upstream. The river is posted as hazardous.
