Vail lake has great vistas, steep uphills, most less than 1/8th of a mile, great down hills, good all around ride.

once i found the original trail head, thia run is awesome. its easy t get lost without this app and doing this the first time. record your hike/run in the app to know the way. it will eat up your phone battery. i did an exyra 4 miles accidentally, lol. but now i know my way.

This is not a 'real' trail to grab in all the beautiful things lol. Lots of cyclists!! More like a race track than anything. I would definitely use this as a conditioning hike. It can be as easy or as difficult as you want to make it...depending on what it is you do. Outside of that...it was ok.
