If you love trying to get a view of a beautiful lake and hilly backdrop while looking through a green barbed wire fence then this is the trail for you. Utterly ridiculous the size of this fence, it's one thing to protect the area but to take a picturesque area and cluster fuck it the way they did is pathetic. One section has a low barbed wire fence which kept you out yet provided unobstructed views, to bad that's only for about the first 200' of the trail. Won't be hiking/running this. What's the point? I get clearer views looking out the gym windows

This is a cute super easy walk to go on with the kids, the elders or if you feel like having a super light but outside sort of day. The lake is super pretty but there is a dance around it with a bit of a mood kill. Though considering it's a reservoir I'll allow it. It's completely flat, lots of coverage, high traffic.

Nice easy hike to go on with my four year old daughter ! Not steep at all , clear dirt path to follow . We got some ticks but no biggie , it was a beautiful sunny day with an ice breeze by the water !

The view was not super impressive because there was a fence the whole way. The walk was long and straight for the most part for a nice leisurely stroll. Was able to get a few good pictures. Mostly sun a little shade.
