Two Quarry trail ranges from shaded to shady but has enough sun exposure that on a 70-degree morning, trail running gets hot! The steady (but usually not steep) incline makes for a good workout. Majority of the trail is rocky. I can envision doing this as a easy-ish hike. Heads up: If you click on the directions button from AllTrails and use Google Maps, it'll drop you at an incorrect location in the Oakview subdivision, so I'd use the Annadel State Park map to locate the start of the path for the Warren Richardson trailhead (bonus: services!) and plug that into your map app. Follow the Warren Richardson trail clockwise to the Two Quarry trail. (The Google Maps pinned location forces you westward to a connector path between the water reclamation district and the community garden; does not have services like water or restrooms; and adds about a half mile+ to the route. Oh, and it's *technically* private property; the active adults who live in the subdivision will wonder why you're there. Fun!) This parks' signage can be lacking, and the posted maps don't have "Your Are Here" stickers (look for the "i" with longitude/latiude to find where you are). It's helpful to orient yourself with a map to make sure you're going in the right direction toward Two Quarry trail. Any confusion or even taking a wrong turn is worth it though—a very pretty park.
