Re-opened but has a little ~10' chunk missing / roped off, looks like a mini landslide tore out a big part of the pavement, pretty cool looking. River access on the east side and clean bathrooms are nice but seemed like kind of a large homeless population living in the bushes by the water. Still had a really pleasant mini-walk, would go again.

Nice easy loop. Paved. It's been closed due to flooding, last I checked.
We even put our kayaks in the water here and floated down the river in summer. It's great!
