RunningGreat!

This Trail was awesome! The steepest inclines are more switchback style rather than a straight shot uphill which made running uphill a lot more forgiving. You start off in shade then it gets slightly exposed in a few places. I love the diversity of this trail, Trees, reservoir, vineyards and great views. At the time of writing this parking was free which is always nice to enjoy nature without always having to pay for it and I'm pretty sure I saw dogs allowed signs which is another plus. Tony's lookout-Hayfield-Coyote Ridge Trail Loop easily became one of my favorite trails today and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely phenomenal hike!! Definitely a workout! Make sure you bring lots of water, shades, and a snack! When you get to the smaller loop make sure you go to the right first. If you go the seven trails way you'll hit a one way trail. At the split go right instead of left! Enjoy!!

A solid challenge that will put your legs through the ringer. docking 1 star bc most of the trail is in the sun, especially the big inclines. During covid make sure you go counter clockwise on the Seven Springs Loop Trail, since it is unidirectional during COVID-19. lots of great views and changing views. will be feeling this one tomorrow!

Great trail that's located a very short distance from Santa Clara/San Jose area! Ample parking (don't forget to pay at the first parking area...the kiosk accepts credit cards) and clean bathrooms not only at the trailhead, but also along the way. We were fortunate enough to catch the wildflowers just beginning to bloom, making portions of the trail spectacular. That said, the poison oak was also in full swing causing us to have to quarantine everything warn on the hike. For this reason, I would not suggest you bring your furry friends on this one. The trail maps at the trail head leave something to be desired. They leave you a bit stranded at Hayfield Trail, so if you're relying on paper maps be sure to bring out this section ahead of time.
