This was a great hike, although a little harder than I expected. The last 1/4 mile up to Crow’s Nest is pretty much straight up in loose dirt and gravelly stuff. But, once on top of Crow’s Nest, it all feels worthwhile! Also, the views along Razorback Ridge are great. And there were wildflowers everywhere! Only drawback was the mosquitos at the start of the trail and in places along the trail. Take Deet. Also take hiking poles for the return from the top of Crow’s Nest.

Great workout, still snow patches covering some parts of trail. Final stretch includes loose dirt and gravel on steep incline.
