2.5 mi each way, this trail will take you up and down hills and even across the San Diego river (bring extra socks!). The Tierrasanta end of the trail features the Quarry Rock Loop and is mostly downhill. Starting on the visitor side will be more uphill. Overall this is about 1.5 - 2 hrs one way.

so many options! i went to shepherd pond and then the suycott valley walking, and my boyfriend biked it all! pretty easy hike.

Loved this hike. So many different paths to choose from. I ended up working my way up South Fortuna Summit, where there were awesome views of the nearby hills.

This was my first time on a hike since I moved here to San Diego from Michigan very beautiful scenery moderate hike. First of many more to come.

Went exploring to scope S. Fortuna. This is a different take on Mission Trails. But it is a pretty cool side I'm sure a lot of people don't see.
