Good short hike. More like an educational walk great to do with kids. It does have some good uphills and its cool to see some petrified trees and redwoods. Also has a gift shop.

Short and disappointing. Plus there are "no running" signs. Not worth the price of admission.

Easy walk with fascinating trees and a view of the volcano that created the petrified forest. Nice picnic area.

A short hike easy enough for most anyone winds through various petrified trees and ancient ash flows.Explores some fascinating history and geologic events significant to the area. The Hike could stand to be a little longer and/ or the area more expansive considering what you have to pay to get in though.

Great historic site to bring youth and youth groups to teach about the geology of the earth, plants and rocks. GREAT rock shop, great family day trip.

Don't waste your time. It's $20 to get in and it maybe .25 mile. Tourist trap!
