The boyfriend and I did a blitz trip out to Sequoia last Saturday and before we left Sunday morning we wanted to end our amazing trip to check out Tharps Lodge and let me tell you, this was such a beautiful trail and super easy. Definitely recommend checking it out!
Did Crescent Meadow loop and the little Tharp’s cabin was neat but you can only go into the very first section. Chimney Tree was also pretty cool. Nice easy shaded walk that kids can easily do.
Wonderful because I saw only one other person. Smokepocalype 2020 coming through for the grave.
This was a fantastic hike. So grateful for going “Pro” with AllTrails. Having the map track us and buzz my pocket when going off trail was a huge benefit. This trail can get confusing due to many connections with other trails in order to complete the loop.
easy relaxing trail. other connecting trails if you want to go farther. I enjoyed tharp's log, thought it was really neat
