Temescal Canyon Trail is a 3 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Pacific Palisades, California that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running, and birding and is accessible year-round.
This park entrance is located at Temescal Canyon Road and Sunset Blvd, about a mile from PCH.
The trail is lovely, but it's not what I'd call easy. The Venice canals are easy. This trail is at least moderate. Somewhat comparable to Los Liones which is labeled as hard. But quite beautiful.
Great hike with s9me great views of the ocean. Can be a little steep at some time but it is all worth it!
Awesome trail!! If you go left you will battle a long up hill to the top. Once you reach the top, it is all down hill from there to the front. park on sunset or pay 10 bucks.
Quick, fun, good elevation gain and great views!
