Excellent trail for a light mountain biking for Saturday morning. I second the earlier post about trail signs, but you shouldn’t let this discourage you.

What an incredible loop trail! It's not exactly well marked, and cuts through a lot of the Palos Verdes Estates, but if you use a trail guide (I used this blogger's: http://angeles.sierraclub.org/palos_verdes_south_bay/telephone_pole_hike) it's a fun scavenger hunt of directions that'll end with a nice surprise (a stunning view of the Los Angeles basin). The trail loops directly back to the start too, which was a surprise for both my parents and I when we hiked it.

Highly recommended, especially if you're a fan of horses (the first 1/2 of the trail cuts through horse stables and farms). Check it out for a nice "background" tour of the Verdes Estates!
