Started by going west from the trailhead and it was nice and wide up until the last half of the trail on the east side. Then it got really narrow, and single file. I wouldn't take my reactive dog on this section of the trail, I'd turn back and walk the way we came instead. Also the last half of the trail where is doubles back is pretty steep, so if you are going the loop and want it easier, I'd travel counter clockwise. Went on a holiday and didn't see too many people, 4 hikers and 2 bikers.
