This wide, level trail is the most popular in the park. Lots of joggers, mountain bikers, dog walkers. There are a few patches of redwoods, but the trail is mostly non-redwood forest. Ends at the horse arena, features lots of other trails to turn onto and explore

FYI no bathroom. Nice trail though.

Busy trail when I did it and not one I'd repeat. The park in general wasn't very well kept up. Hopefully it's changed now

Great easy hike. There is a point in the loop part that is kind of hard to follow because the signs aren’t good. You come off the trail and walk around the horse arena then connect back to Sequoia Bayview trail on the horse arena short cut trail.

Plenty of parking mid-day Saturday, took 2.5hours to complete. Not really a view of the bay since the view is blocked by trees. Heavily trafficked and lots of bikes, but everyone is friendly enough to share the trail with dogs on and off leash.

Not the best and safest trail for kid’s biking.

Great day walking!

great trail. If you're hoping to take your dog off leash however you're out of luck... a lot of mountain bikers using this narrow trail.

Very easy trail

Easy going trail. I was hoping for more of a scenic view because of the name "Bayview" but it's mostly covered by trees. The shade keeps you cool. Nice, easy hike.

It was great for taking my 4 year old and dogs...she was able to go out a long distance thanks to the flatness of the trail. And everything felt so fresh and lush. But, there were lots of bikers. It's just not that fun to walk on paths shared with bikes when walking with pups and kids. Also, I selected wildflowers as one of the filters. Not too many flowers but TONS of poison oak.

I did this trail, and a few others in the network, this morning. I gave it 5 stars because it's a super awesome network of trails I definitely did not expect based on its location. It's a multi use area so expect to see mountain bikes and possibly horses as well. I came across almost every kind of terrain for all skill levels with amazing views to boot! I highly suggest it if you're in the area

I'm a new trail rider and it was just enough to keep you pushing but not to difficult to make you not like what your doing. Beautiful scenery and the people on the trails are all considerate.

Beautiful trail, especially on a rainy sunday afternoon! You can get lost among all the different connecting trails in Juaquin Miller Park, but its worth the exploration!

Easy hike with options to make it a harder/longer hike. Brought my dog along and she loved it. I'll definitely be back.

A nice nature walk in Joaquin Miller Park. Loved how shaded it was and the views of the bay at different points. Will definitely be back to explore additional trails in the area.
