I really enjoyed the variety on this trail.. ocean views, beaches, woods, expensive homes and Golden Gate Bridge. Its amazing to have such a nice wooded area in the middle of the city. I started at 10AM and it was a really foggy day.. so no views of GGB from Lands End until I got very close to the bridge when the fog lifted for a while.. trail was pretty busy the whole way.

Go later in the day when the fog has burned off. The potential for breathtaking views is there. Also, it’s more of an out-and-back due to construction at the part where the loop is supposed to start.

Very crowded but nice views and great balance sun/shade.

Several sets of steps. A great view of the bridge in good weather.

Easy trail, took us 3hrs with plenty of stops to complete. Amazing views and perfect for a sunset lookout.

Really neat trail! Beautiful cliffs for the ocean waves to break on. Gorgeous views of the bay. Enjoyed the trees that looked like they had been trimmed and were cleaning up after.

Nice walk along the bay. Enjoyed another view from a different perspective of the Golden Gate bridge. Hiked down to the ocean at Eagle point rock.
