Santa Ana River Trail at Martha McLean-Anza Narrows is a 5.1 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Riverside, California that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round.
One of the parks in Riverside. Open all year to everybody. Starting from the front gate, follow the main road veering to the left. Once you find the sidewalk, head towards the bike trail along the Santa Ana River. Take the bike trail to the right, pass the windmills, and turn right back towards the front gate.
the other side is good and is a good cardio workout
I like the trail it is peace and a workout . Good cardio and not a lot of people in your space . Would go again this was my first time . I would give this five stars plus for trail running .
This park is a great picnic & play area with plenty of open grass and benches. Because it connects with the river bike trail, you could potentially walk, skate or bike to other locations including Mount Rubidoux and Fairmount Park. From the trail, you can see the skyline of downtown Riverside.
